Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have past since you made your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a return or change of product. To be entitled to a return the item must be in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be packed in the original packing with the seals unbroken.

Once you are ready to return the item, please contact us with your order number included. We will reply you and ask for an image of the product in its original packing. After that we will send you a shipping label that you can use to return the item.

Refunds

Once the package has been returned and inspected we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received the package. We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If it is accepted your refund will be processed and you will get a refund to your card or original payment method within 7 business days. The refund will be the full amount of the product, minus the shipping costs both ways and an administrative fee of 15 GBP.
