Where is my order?

Your order could be in a couple of places: in our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered.

The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, then it’s on its way. You can track your order at the top of this page using your order number from that email. If you haven’t got your dispatch email (don’t forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us.

Once you have the dispatch email you can track it yourself via the link in the email or by using the track my order section at the top of this page.

Why is my order late?

Are you sure it’s late? Please double check your region’s delivery times in our policy. Also check the order tracking page to see where the order currently is.

On rare occasions we do come up against a bump in the road. If your delivery date has passed, please contact customer service and have your order number ready and we will help you.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once we receive an order, we will shortly thereafter process, pack and ship it. We normally ship an order the same day. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order please contact us as soon as possible before it has been shipped!

If it has been shipped, you can always return the order as soon as you have received it.

How do I return?

If you want to return the item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item in its original packaging. After that, we will send you a shipping label that you can use to return the item.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make sure to correct it!

To help us get this fixed for you, please include the following information when you contact us:

– Your name
– Order number
– Description of the fault

Once you have contacted us we will ask you to send a video of the faulty item.

How long do I have to return?

You’ve got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to two weeks for us to process the order, and the banking system to return the charge. Usually it will be a much faster process.

Payment issues

If you experiencing error messages when making a payment, firstly, make sure you have inputted the correct details by checking all the information correctly. Contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us by going to ‘contact us’ tab on this page to submit details and we will investigate further.
